The only personal information I collect is name, street, email address and telephone number. Your credit card information will also be collected if that form of payment is used to make your purchase but, that data is only used to process your transaction and is not stored in my database. 

 In addition, I collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. I may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my business and its service providers.

I use the personal information collected from you to facilitate taking your photographs, communicating with you regarding your photographs and other related products and services, and processing any transaction you may do with David Pleydell Photography. Such personal information as I collect is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.

I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to me online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, I have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online.

Protecting the privacy of the very young is particularly important to David Pleydell Photography / Photos4U. For that reason, I never collect or maintain information on my website from those I actually know are under the age of 13, and no part of my website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information to me.
